PIN credential masking

This organization-wide setting prevents all portal users, including super admins, from viewing other users’ PIN credentials.

To enable PIN masking

  1. Go to Administration > Account > Security settings.

  2. Click the blue "Change Settings" button on the right-hand side.

  3. Toggle "Enable PIN Masking" in the Security settings.

  4. Click "Save" on the right-hand side.

Creating a PIN

When you create a PIN, it will be visible until you click "Save." Make sure to note it down to inform the user of their PIN.

Verifying the PIN is masked

After the PIN is saved, you should see "(PIN Masked)" when viewing the credential in the Portal.

Editing the PIN

To edit the PIN, click the "Pencil" icon on the right side of the credential in the Credential tab. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to manually create a Custom PIN or use the Auto Generate button. Be sure to note the created PIN before clicking "Save."
