The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Avigilon DESFire EV3 Cards

Avigilon Alta Access transitioned to DESFire EV3-B cards on November 8, 2023, replacing the previous DESFire EV3-A cards. This change was made to enhance compatibility with a wider range of devices and readers. The new EV3-B cards feature Avigilon branding for easy differentiation.

Additionally, Avigilon Alta Access replaced MIFARE Classic (CSN Only) fobs with DESFire EV3-B fobs on July 25, 2024. The updated fobs support both MIFARE (CSN only) and DESFire (Secured) functionality and have a distinct form factor compared to the MIFARE fobs for easy identification.
