Privacy
Avigilon Alta does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for promotional purposes. Please see the current version of Avigilon Alta’s Privacy Policy for additional information, which may be found in https://www.openpath.com/privacy-policy/.

Data Retention
During the Subscription Term, You shall be able to access control event data stored via the Service within the Service user interface for one (1) year from the date such data is recorded unless stored for longer than one (1) year as an additional purchased service. Data stored via the Service within terminated Service accounts (subject to Section 13 (Term & Termination) below) and data that is older than one (1) year in active Service accounts are subject to deletion.

Data Location & Transfer of Information
Avigilon Alta stores all Visitor Data and Account Data in the continental United States. To facilitate Customers’ global operations, Avigilon Alta transfers information to the United States and provides access to that information to Customers around the world.
