Schedules - One-Time Events
Sometimes you need a schedule for a one-time event. In this article, we will show you how to create them for your Organization.
A one-time event is a one-and-done event, not to repeat. You choose the date and time for this to happen.
Find the Entry Schedule you would like to add a one-time event to.
Click the (+) sign and add a new Event to the schedule.
3. Choose the One-Time Event tab at the top of the pop-up.
4. Give the event a Name.
5. Choose your Start Date & Start Time, End Date & End Time.
6. Choose your Time Zone.
7. And set your Scheduled State (the state of the lock on the entry).
8. Hit Save.
Â
Note:
You can drag and drop events to reorder them
If there are multiple events that have overlapping or conflicting configurations, the order in which they are ranked above will determine the event priority
Repeating events should be at the bottom of the list and One-Time Events should be at the top.
