The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page
Alarm Reporting

If you have not gone through the Alarm Management FAQ we recommend starting there.
You can review alarm reports and actions made to the alarms like creating, triggering, acknowledging, notes, etc by going to Reports > Alarms
From there you will select your Report settings:
Select your time period.
Report delivery.
Filter reports by and Filter items.
Click Search.
At the bottom of your screen, you will see your search results.
You can export your Alarm report to CSV by clicking the export icon as seen in the image below.
