The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Setting preferred language for Avigilon Alta Access and emails

Note: The language in Alta Access is automatically in French, Spanish, Italian, German, or English based on the language and locale settings in your browser.

Set Preferred Language at Sign-In

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Select your preferred language in Language in the lower-left corner.

Set Preferred Language in My Profile

  1. Click your user in the upper-right corner and select My Profile.

  2. Select your preferred language at the bottom of your Info page.

  3. Click save and your page will refresh. The select language is shown every time you log in to Alta Access.

Set Preferred Language in ORG Emails

  1. Go to Administration > Account.

  2. From the Info Section, click Change Settings.

  3. Select the preferred language in the Organization language.

Set Preferred Language in Site Emails

  1. Go to Sites > Sites, and select a site.

  2. Select your preferred language in the Site language.

  3. Click Save. All Alta Access emails for the site will be sent in the selected language.
