How to program the Avigilon Keypad Reader in Avigilon Alta Access
Now that you’ve installed the Keypad Reader hardware, you must program the software to ensure your Avigilon Keypad Reader works as intended.
Start by logging in to Alta Access using your admin credentials.
To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Then, create an entry for the Avigilon Keypad Reader you just installed. A step-by-step guide is available, here.
After creating the entry, generate PIN credentials for your users by following the instructions in this guide. You must have super admin permissions to make these changes.
Check out this FAQ page for additional questions about the Avigilon Keypad Reader.
