Yes, Avigilon Alta Smart Hubs come with built-in power supplies that include power for locking hardware, including electric latches and exit devices. However, if a device draws more amperage, using a solenoid, use a separate power supply. For example, Van Duprin EL devices draw 16 Amps inrush current, so a separate power supply is required.
