The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page

Avigilon Alta reader models

Reader Models:
Our Version 1 readers (2018-2019) were High-Frequency only.
Model IDs:
OP-R-STD: Standard Smart Reader, high-frequency only
OP-R-MULB: Mullion reader, black, high-frequency only
Our Version 2 readers (2019-2022) had separate versions specific to High OR Low Frequencies.
Model IDs:
OP-RHF-STD: Standard Smart Reader, high-frequency version
OP-RLF-STD: Standard Smart Reader, low-frequency version
OP-RHF-MULB: Mullion reader, black, high-frequency version
OP-RLF-MULB: Mullion reader, black, low-frequency version
Our Version 3 readers (2022-Current) are Multi-Frequency and will read both High and Low-Frequencies.
Model IDs:
OP-R2X-STND: Standard Smart Reader, Multi-frequency version
OP-R2X-MULL: Mullion Reader, Multi-frequency version
OP-RKP-STND: Standard Smart Keypad Reader, Multi-frequency version
OP-RKP-MULL: Mullion Keypad Reader, Multi-frequency version
OP-R2X-EMBD: Embedded USB Smart Reader, Multi-frequency version
OP-VID-PRO-RDR: Video Reader Pro, Multi-frequency version
OP-VID-PRO-INT: Video Intercom Reader Pro, Multi-frequency version
