The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Adding a user to a child org using Namespace

This is how to add yourself as an Installer to the child org you’ll be working on using Namespace.
This sets your login to use the same email and password as your original parent org user and allows you to see all the orgs you have been added to using this method in the org dropdown.
Note: To avoid login issues, if you want an account in your child organization that is different from your parent organization's account, each organization should have a unique password.
Starting from the Parent Org, go to Users > Users, open the filter on the right-hand side, toggle Namespace, and copy the namespace of the user you are adding to the child org.
Select the Child Org from the top right corner that you will be working on.
From the Child Org that you'll be working on, go to Users > Users and click the plus (+) on the top right of the page to add a new user.
Enter your email and check the Add a user from an existing namespace box.
Add the namespace you copied from the parent org.
Toggle Portal Access and give the Super Admin role.
Click Save and proceed to the Credentials and the Access tabs giving yourself credentials and access permissions.
