How to purchase Avigilon Alta software license packs

Starting February 1, 2022, new accounts will purchase software license packs through the online Purchasing and Billing Center. Software licenses can be purchased by Avigilon Alta partners and some Avigilon Alta customers.
If your account was created before February 1, 2022, refer to How to enable features in Avigilon Alta Access.

If you’re an Avigilon Alta customer and do not have access to the store, contact your integrator to make changes for you.
How to purchase license packs:
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Partner Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Navigate to the Avigilon Alta Store.
A. Avigilon Alta partners can access the store through Partner Center > Store Access.
B. Avigilon Alta end users can access the store via Administration > Account > Manage Billing.Select Option 1 and click "order online".
Note: If you don’t have either of those options, contact your Avigilon Alta reseller or sales rep.
4. (Avigilon Alta partners only) From the Item Class dropdown, select License.
5. (Avigilon Alta partners only) From the Organization dropdown, select the account for which you are purchasing software licenses.
Note: If you don’t see the account listed, you must first create the customer account in Alta Access.
6. Select a License Term from the dropdown.
Note: This option will be grayed out if you’ve previously purchased license packs.
7. Click Submit.
8. Select the license packs you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart, then proceed to check out.
9. You may pay with a credit or debit card or via a purchase order.

Can I shop for License Packs on a different term than what I previously purchased?
No. All license purchases must be for the same subscription term length.
Can I change the term for existing License Packs?
If you need to change your license term, you will need to contact your Avigilon Alta rep or integrator to cancel your current subscription and start a new one.
What if I don’t see a specific license I am looking for?
We will automatically only show you SKUs that are compatible with your current software licenses. If you have previously purchased licenses for your account, you will not see any products that are incompatible with your current software. Please contact your integrator or Avigilon Alta rep for additional assistance.
How do I add items to my cart?
There are two ways to add items to your cart. You can click on the item name from the product list to see a full detail page and click Add to Cart from this page.
You can also add to the cart from Quick View. The Quick View option allows you to adjust the quantity and Add to the Cart.
Once you add an item to your cart, you have two options:
To add more items, click Continue shopping.
To proceed to checkout, click View cart & checkout.
How do I edit my cart?
Click the cart icon in the top right of the page to go to your cart to edit or remove items.
How do I check out?
To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top right of the page. You can checkout directly from your cart.
Review your items and quantities, then click Continue.
Confirm your payment and billing details.
Click Place Order to complete your purchase. You will see a confirmation screen once we’ve received your order.
Avigilon Alta Partners have the option to add a PO number at checkout if desired.
