How to enable features in Avigilon Alta Access
Note: This article applies to customer accounts created before February 1, 2022. For new accounts, refer to How do I purchase Avigilon Alta software license packs?
Some Avigilon Alta features are only available in certain plan types, others are only available a la carte, and some are offered both ways. Depending on how your account is set up, you may have access to self-service options in Alta Access. If not, you’ll need to contact your integrator to make changes for you.
If you’re an Avigilon Alta partner, please refer to this document.
Note: Creating a flexible lockdown plan automatically adds that feature and associated billing to your org.
To enable features in Alta Access:
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Administration > Account, then scroll down to Subscriptions.
Click Change Your Subscription Plan.
Note: If this button is grayed out, contact your integrator to change plans or enable features for you.
If changing plan types, click Select Plan on the one you want.
If enabling a la carte items, click the checkbox next to the feature you want.
Click Save.
