Where to find my Credit Memos?

The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page

Where to find my Credit Memos?

For Channel and Revshare Partners

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Partner Center.

  3. Go to Billing Account.

  4. Click Accessing under Step 1 on the Billing Account page.

  5. Click on View My Account.

  6. Click on Billing.

  7. Click on Transaction History.

For Revshare End Users

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Administration.

  3. Go to Account.

  4. If this is the first time you have used the portal since Feb 2, 2022, please scroll down to the Change Settings field and enter your email information.

  5. Then click on Go To Store.

  6. Click on View My Account or click on My Account at the top right of the screen.

  7. Click on Transaction History.
