The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Avigilon Alta's shipping policy

Shipping methods and delivery times within the US
For orders within the United States, Avigilon Alta ships via UPS. Customers have the option to choose between Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

As soon as you make an Avigilon Alta purchase, our fulfillment center processes your order within 1-2 business days.

All US orders ship from Southern California. Once shipped, standard ground shipments can take as little as 1-3 days to destinations within California, and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast.

Occasionally delays may happen due to uncontrollable weather or mixups within UPS. While we work hard to ensure this does not happen, we can’t always control this. If your shipment has not arrived after the estimated time, please contact support@openpath.com.

Change of address
If an order needs to be delivered to a different address in the United States after shipment, please contact support@openpath.com to request a change of address. A fee of $20.00 will be charged to your order.

Missing or lost packages

International orders
For orders outside of the United States, Avigilon Alta ships via DHL Express.

As soon as you make an Avigilon Alta purchase, our fulfillment center processes your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders can take as little as 2-10 business days.

Please note, customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes. Any duties/taxes not paid will result in the shipment being sent back to Avigilon Alta. If this happens, customers are responsible for new shipping costs to ship the order back out.
