The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. How can I view and/or pay my invoices through the portal?

You can find all your invoices (open and historically back to 05/01/21) in the
Avigilon Alta Billing Center.

For Channel and Revshare Partners

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Partner Center.

  3. Go to Billing Account.

  4. Click accessing under Step 1 on the Billing Account page.

 

5. Click on View My Account.

 

6. To see and select your invoices, click on Billing > Invoices. You can pay the selected invoice by clicking the orange Make a Payment button.

Note: Additionally, you can filter by customer, and toggle between "Open" and "Paid in Full" to see which invoices are still outstanding.

 

7. Click on Billing > Account Balance to see your Outstanding Balance.

 

For Revshare End Users

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Administration.

  3. Go to Account.

  4. *If this is the first time you are using the portal since Feb 2, 2022, please scroll
    down to the change settings field and enter your email information.

  5. Then click on Go To Store.

  6. Go to Billing.

  7. Click on Invoices.

  8. Select invoices to pay.

  9. Click the orange button on the top right.
