How do I log into the Avigilon Alta Open app with Okta SSO?

If your organization has enabled Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) for mobile app users, you can log into the Avigilon Alta Open app using your Okta credentials.

To log into the Avigilon Alta Open app with Okta SSO:

  1. Install the Avigilon Alta Open app on your mobile device.

    1. See What are the minimum requirements for the Avigilon Alta Open mobile app?

  2. Enter your Okta email address in the app, then tap Next.

  3. Choose your namespace (only applicable if your email is linked to more than one Avigilon Alta org).

  4. If your organization has enabled SSO for mobile, you’ll be prompted to log into the Avigilon Alta Open app with your Okta credentials.

  5. Select your mobile credential (only applicable if you have more than one Avigilon Alta Open mobile credential).

Note: You may experience issues logging into the Avigilon Alta Open app if you’re already signed into a different Okta namespace on a web browser. Sign out of that namespace and then try logging into the Avigilon Alta Open app again.
