How to enable and restart Bluetooth on your phone (Android)
To fully utilize all the Avigilon Alta features available on your system via your Android device, Bluetooth must be turned on.Â
Note: Each Android device may vary -- Samsung vs Google Pixel vs LG -- and so, if you're unable to find your Bluetooth settings, please see your phone's manual or Support site.
If your Bluetooth stops working in the Avigilon Alta Open app, restart your OS-level Bluetooth permissions.
General Android OS-level Bluetooth settings:
Tap on Settings on your Android device
Look for Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol in your settings and tap it
There should be an option to enable. Please tap or swipe on it so that is in the On position
To restart Bluetooth, toggle Off then On
