Roles with site-specific permissions may now create and edit Entry Schedules specifically for their sites.

By default, any role with read/write access to users can manage all users within the organization. The User/Site Partitioning guide adds a layer of security that restricts user management by site.

Note: You will need a Premium or Enterprise license to use site-based roles.

  1. Go to Users > Roles and click the + at the top right corner to create a new role.

  2. Give the role a name, description, and toggle Limit to specific sites.

  3. From the Sites drop-down, choose the site you would like this role to be limited to.

  4. Select the users you want to have this role.

  5. Set up the role permissions by using the toggles and then click save.

Note: The minimum role permission needed to log onto the organization is Dashboard—Read. You add every other permission, Read/Write, based on what the role needs to do.

Note: With the proper permissions, the Site-Based role can set up a site-based schedule. This means that the schedule created will only be applied to the site where their role is specified.
