Muster reporting is an emergency response tool to quickly see known users who may be in your building during an emergency evacuation. Use this feature to rapidly generate a report, identify who may be on site, and mark them as safe as they are accounted for.

What’s included in this release?

  • New role-based permissions to generate Muster reports.

  • Muster report - View users who may be on-site during an emergency evacuation. Accessible via Reports > Muster.

  • Muster table includes unique identifying information such as name, picture (if uploaded), and email (taken directly from your org’s user database). The table also includes the ability to mark personnel as safe manually.

  • Muster-point Entries (optional) - Install an entry at your mustering area where users can self-check as safe using their access credentials.

Requirements:

Generating a Muster Report:

Note: Muster point entries/readers are NOT required to use Muster reports.

  • To generate a Muster report the user must have proper role-based Muster permissions.

  • Within Control Center navigate to Reports > Muster.

  • Select specific sites and zones if desired.

  • Select the desired time range to check, i.e. ‘today’ or a custom time period.

Role-based Muster permissions Users > Roles:

Select the role you want to give Muster permissions and scroll to Reports.

To generate a Muster report go to Reports > Muster and Select Site and Zone:

Note: The report will exclude users from the table if they have 0 activity (vacation, WFH, etc.).

If the user’s last activity was at a configured ‘Muster point’ entry, they will be shown in the report but pre-checked as safe.

Note: You can export to CSV for a permanent record when you are done, and it will show checkmarks for everyone marked as safe in the spreadsheet.

Muster Point Entries:

A new ‘Muster point’ toggle can be applied to entries at the dedicated Muster points.

  • Requires a credential reader installed. The reader may not be used for any other purpose.

Note: The Muster point entry/reader CANNOT be assigned to an actual door or any other normal entry behavior. Its sole purpose is to be used in a muster event.
