You can assign Schedules to Entries by creating events. These events can repeat (like during normal business hours) or occur one time (like during holidays). To create events:

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Under Sites > Entry Schedules click the plus(+) sign in the top right corner to Create an Entry Schedule.

  3. Enter a name for the Schedule, then click Next.

  4. Assign this Schedule to Entries by clicking the Add Entry dropdown.

  5. Click Add Event to create a new schedule.

    1. Choose between a Repeating Event and a One-Time Event.

    2. Enter a Name (optional).

    3. (Repeating Event) From the Frequency dropdown, select whether this schedule will recur daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

    4. (Repeating Event) Select which days the schedule will occur.

    5. Enter a Start and End Time.

    6. Select a Time Zone.

    7. Enter a Start Date and Repeats Until.

    8. Select a Scheduled State to determine whether the Entries affected by the Schedule are locked or unlocked, and what kind of Trigger Methods are permitted for unlock requests. For more information, see What are Entry States?

    9. (Optional) Enable and set Trigger after an unlock method.

      1. If enabled, the entry will not change to the scheduled state until the first person with access triggers a door to unlock.

    10. Click Save.
