You can use the Suspend Idle Users Timeout Setting to suspend users who have not unlocked an entry within the set time duration. The minimum duration is the Offline Timeout Setting plus 7 days. Leave the setting blank to never suspend users.
To configure the Suspend Idle Users Timeout Setting:
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Administration > Account.
Under Security Settings, click Change Settings.
In the Suspend Idle Users Timeout Setting field, enter the number of days that a user is allowed to be idle before being suspended.
Users with portal access will never be suspended.
Click Save
