A role is a set of portal access permissions that can be assigned to users. There are four default roles that

Five default roles cannot be edited:
Dashboard Read-Only - Only allows access to the dashboards.
Super Admin – - Gives full portal access with edit permissions.
Super Admin Read-Only – - Gives portal access with full read permissions.
MFA enforced Super Admin - Full permissions for users, with MFA required.
MFA enforced Super Admin Read-Only - Full read-only permissions for users, with MFA required.

To create a role:
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Users > Roles and click the plus(+)sign on the top right of the page Create Role Enter a name , and description, and assign users.
Select the permissions you’d like this role to have. For example, you can create a role that only gives access to Dashboards. A.
You can set granular permissions for roles if you have the Premium package.
