  • Under Security Settings, click Change Settings to adjust offline timeout and view/edit access to your account.

    • Offline Timeout Setting. This setting is the time (in days) that an ACU can be offline before the token will expire. After this time, credentials may not authenticate properly. The maximum value for this setting is 30 days. For more information, see What is the Offline Timeout Setting?

    • Allow [your parent org] to have VIEW access to this organization. You will see this option if your integrator is configured as a parent org. This setting is enabled by default. You may disable it at any time to prevent your parent org from viewing your organization.

    • Allow Avigilon Alta Support to have VIEW access to this organization. This setting is enabled by default. You may disable it at any time to prevent Openpath Avigilon Alta Support from viewing your organization.

    • Allow Avigilon Alta Support to have EDIT access to this organization. This setting cannot be enabled; you must escalate changes to Openpath Avigilon Alta Support or Engineering.  

    • Allow Avigilon Alta Support to have UNLOCK access to this organization. This setting cannot be enabled; you must escalate changes to Openpath Avigilon Alta Support or Engineering.
