Card credentials will continue to authenticate.
Mobile credentials will authenticate, but only if the mobile device has:
Local network connectivity OR.
BLE connection to the Openpath reader.
Remote unlocks will not authenticate.
Cloud Key credentials (including guest passes) will not authenticate.
Communication between the ACU and Control Center will be queued and delayed until connectivity is restored.
After the token expires:
All of the above, except:
Card credentials will no longer authenticate.
Mobile credentials will need Internet access periodically (to communicate to the Openpath cloud).
Once connectivity is restored to the ACU, all credential types will work and updates from the Control Center will propagate to the ACU.

Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Administration > Account.
Under Security Settings, click Change Settings.
Enter the number of days that an ACU can be offline before credentials stop working. The maximum value for this setting is 30 days.
