Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Partner Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login
Go to Administration > Account
Under Security Settings, click Change Settings
In the Suspend Idle Users Timeout Setting field, enter the number of days that a user is allowed to be idle before being suspended
Users with portal access will never be suspended
Click Save
