Go to Users > User Management Users and click on the user to edit their details
Change the email address to a fake email. We recommend using Openpath’s designated domain for anonymous emails, for example,
user@noemail.openpath.comDelete any PII, including First and Last Name
Delete the user’s photo by clicking on the photo, then selecting Delete from the dropdown
Click Save
