The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page

Enablement training sessions for Admins

We thought you might like to know about our ​new enablement training sessions that can be tailored specifically to your use case. This provides administrators with overall system training or project guidance for specific tasks such as user management, schedules, reports, and much more!

Note: These training sessions are not for custom API/SDK integrations. For custom API and SDK integrations, contact your Avigilon Alta sales rep or the sales department to schedule a meeting with the solutions engineering team.
