With the appropriate permissions, users with the site-based role can create a site-specific schedule. This schedule will apply only to the site associated with their role.
By default, any role with read/write access to users can manage all users within the organization. The User/Site Partitioning guide adds a layer of security that restricts user management by site.
Note: You will need a Premium or Enterprise license to use site-based roles.

Log In
Go to Avigilon Alta Access to log in.
European users should log in through EU Alta Access.
Create a new role
Navigate to Users > Roles.
Click the + icon in the top right corner to create a new role.
Give the role a descriptive name and description.
Toggle on "Limit to specific sites".
Select the desired site from the drop-down list.
Add the user you want to assign to this role.
Configure the necessary permissions.
Note: The minimum role permission needed to log onto the organization is Dashboard—Read. You add every other permission, Read/Write, based on what the role needs to do.

Go to Sites > Entry Schedules and click the + at the top right corner to create a new schedule.
Give it a name and click next.
On the Edit entry schedule page add you entries you want following this schedule.
Click the + on the right side of Events, and finish creating your schedule.
Click save.
Note: The site-based role can only see and add the entries to a schedule from their specific site.
