The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. You’re trying to log into the Openpath app and you get an error “No accounts found

\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

This means that either the admin at the org you are trying to log into has not created your user yet, or they spelled your email incorrectly.

Note: You cannot add yourself to the org via the app. Your user must be created by the admin.

  1. Reach out to the admin at the org you are trying to log into.

  2. Ask the admin to create your user and/or verify your email address.

  3. Ask them to send out your credential invite email so you can log into the app.
