You can find all your invoices (open and historically back to 05/01/21) in the
Avigilon Alta Billing Center.
For Channel and Revshare Partners
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Partner Center.
Go to Billing Account.
Click accessing under Step 1 on the Billing Account page.
Click on View My Account.
Click on Billing.
Click on Invoices.
Select invoices to pay.
Click the orange Make a Payment button on the top right.
Note: Additionally, you can filter by customer, and toggle between "Open" and "Paid in Full" to see which invoices are still outstanding.
For Revshare End Users
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.
Go to Administration.
Go to Account.
*If this is the first time you are using the portal since Feb 2, 2022, please scroll
down to the change settings field and enter your email information.Then click on Go To Store.
Go to Billing.
Click on Invoices.
Select invoices to pay.
Click the orange Make a Payment button on the top right.
