The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. If you need to configure your firewall around Avigilon Alta, you can set a static IP address for the controller (ACU). Alternatively, you can use the Open Admin app to configure ACUs. See How do I use the Open Admin app?

Requirements:

  • A laptop or computer with Bluetooth

  • Google Chrome

  • The ACU must be on the network and have received a DHCP IP address

To set a static IP address:

  1. Using Google Chrome, go to https://control.openpath.com/localadmin. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/localadmin

  2. Press the ADMIN button on the Core or Controller Board

  3. On the ACU Network Configuration page, click Get current network config

  4. Update the address field with a static address

  5. Uncheck DHCP

  6. Click Update network config
