The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page

Edit the user and choose the Credentials tab

From the Add User Credential drop-down, select PIN

Now you will choose either a custom PIN between 4 and 16 digits

Or you can use the Auto Generate PIN function.

First, select the number of digits, from 4 to 16 in the drop-down you would like the pin to be, then click Auto Generate. You will see the PIN that was generated to the right of your screen.

Click Save and you will see the pin on the Credential page
