If your organization has enabled OKTA Single Sign-On (SSO) for mobile app users, you can log into the Openpath app using your OKTA credentials.

To log into the Openpath app with OKTA SSO:

  1. Install the Openpath app on your mobile device.

    1. See What are the minimum requirements for the Openpath mobile app?

  2. Enter your OKTA email address in the app, then tap Next.

  3. Choose your namespace (only applicable if your email is linked to more than one Avigilon Alta org).

  4. If your organization has enabled SSO for mobile, you’ll be prompted to log into the Openpath app with your OKTA credentials.

  5. Select your mobile credential (only applicable if you have more than one Openpath mobile credential).

Note: You may experience issues logging into the Openpath app if you’re already signed into a different OKTA namespace on a web browser. Sign out of that namespace and then try logging into the Openpath app again.
