The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. To fully utilize all the Openpath features available on your system via your Android device, Bluetooth must be turned on. 

(Note: Each Android device may vary -- Samsung vs Google Pixel vs LG -- and so, if you're unable to find your Bluetooth settings, please see your phone's manual or Support site.)

If your Bluetooth stops working in the Openpath app, restart your OS-level Bluetooth permissions.

General Android OS-level Bluetooth settings:

  1. Tap on Settings on your Android device

  2. Look for Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol in your settings and tap it

  3. There should be an option to enable. Please tap or swipe on it so that is in the On position

    1. To restart Bluetooth, toggle Off then On
