If you can't get the setup link to work or you don't have email on your phone, you can set a password on your account and use that to log in to the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app.

To set up a password please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter the email address from which you received the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open setup email.

4. Check your email for the Forgot Password email.

5. From that email, click the included link to set a password.

6. Once your browser opens you 'll be able to will set a password, which will be associated with your email address.

7. Do NOT try to log in via the browser unless you have portal (Admin) access.

8. Close the Browser.

Now that you have a password set up on your account:

1. Open the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app on your mobile device.

2. Enter your email address, then tap “Next”.

3. Tap Use Password Instead.

4. Enter your password, then tap “Log in”.

5. You should now be logged in.
