For Channel and Revshare Partners

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Partner Center.

  3. Go to Billing Account.

  4. Click “accessing” accessing under Step 1 on the Billing Account page.

5. Click on View My Account.

6. To see and select your invoices, click on Billing > Invoices. You can pay the selected invoice by clicking the orange Make a Payment button.

Note: Additionally, you can filter by customer, and toggle between "Open" and "Paid in Full" to see which invoices are still outstanding.

7. Click on Billing > Account Balance to see your Outstanding Balance.

For Revshare End Users

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Administration.

  3. Go to Account.

  4. *If this is the first time you are using the portal since Feb 2, 2022, please scroll
    down to the “change settings” change settings field and enter your email information.

  5. Then click on "Go To Store".

  6. Go to Billing.

  7. Click on Invoices.

  8. Select invoices to pay.

  9. Click the orange “Make a Payment” button on the top right.
