Soft Reset
To soft reset, the ACUACC, SDC, or Video Reader/Intercom Pro, and 4-door Controller, disconnect power from the device, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect the power.

WARNING: Only hard reset the ACU, SDC, or Video Reader / Video Intercom Reader Pro if absolutely necessary and if instructed by Avigilon Alta Support. This will clear all of the data off of the device and will require reprovisioning with the Admin app or with a laptop. |

Note: The Video Reader/Intercom Pro may have a blinking red LED state before getting to solid yellow. |
To hard reset the ACU ACC, SDC, or Video Reader/Intercom Pro:
Remove power from the device.
Hold the Admin button and then apply power.
Wait until the status LED turns yellow and then release the button
Wait for it to reboot with its normal color cycle.
To hard reset the 4-door Controller:
Disconnect power from the ACU.
Hold down the ADMIN button for 15 seconds.
While still holding down the ADMIN button, reconnect the power, and continue to hold the button for another 15 seconds.
If resetting a Core or SDC, the LED will turn solid cyan > solid yellow > solid cyan > solid blue.
If resetting a Video Reader, the LED will turn blinking blue > solid yellow > blinking blue > solid blue
If resetting a 4 Door Controller, you Wait 15 minutes before provisioning the ACU.
You should see two POWER LEDs light up in the top left corner.
