Connect the device to the Internet via Ethernet.
Install the Avigilon Alta Access app:
For iOS devices: Download on the App Store.
For Android devices: Download on Google Play.
Your mobile device should have the following permissions enabled:
Bluetooth enabled for the app and device.
Location permission is enabled on your phone (Android only).
Before you can provision an ACU using the Avigilon Alta Access app, you must first create an ACU in Alta Access. See How do I to create ACUs in Avigilon Alta Access?
