This is how to add yourself as an Installer to the child org you’ll be working on using Namespace.
This will allow you sets your login to use the same login email and password from as your original parent org user and allow allows you to see all of the ORGs orgs you have been added yourself to using this method in the ORG org dropdown.

Note: To avoid login issues, if you want an account in your child organization that is different from your parent organization's account, each organization should have a unique password. |
Starting from the Parent Org, go to Users > Users, open the filter on the right-hand side, toggle Namespace, and copy the namespace of the user you are adding to the child org.
