You get alarm alerts, now what?

You can see your alarm alerts come through from the Control Center in the form of a Alarm alerts from the Alta Access system will appear as pop-up on notifications in the lower right -hand side of any pagecorner of your screen.

Alarm Details
To acknowledge the alarms click on the alarm to open it from the Alarm Dashboard. You will be presented with the alarm details and instructions (if added by the admin) on the steps you will take. In my example, the instructions are “Acknowledge and close. Notes required”
