If your organization has enabled OKTA Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) for mobile app users, you can log into the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app using your OKTA Okta credentials.
To log into the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app with OKTA Okta SSO:
Install the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app on your mobile device.
Enter your OKTA Okta email address in the app, then tap Next.
Choose your namespace (only applicable if your email is linked to more than one Avigilon Alta org).
If your organization has enabled SSO for mobile, you’ll be prompted to log into the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app with your OKTA Okta credentials.
Select your mobile credential (only applicable if you have more than one Openpath Avigilon Alta Open mobile credential).

Note: You may experience issues logging into the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app if you’re already signed into a different OKTA Okta namespace on a web browser. Sign out of that namespace and then try logging into the Openpath Avigilon Alta Open app again. |
