To soft reset the ACU, the ACC, SDC, Video Reader/Intercom Pro, and 4-door Controller, disconnect power from the ACUdevice, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect the power.

To hard reset the ACUthe ACC, SDC, or Video Reader/Intercom Pro:
Remove power from the device.
Hold the Admin button and then apply power.
Wait until the status LED turns yellow and then release the button
Wait for it to reboot with its normal color cycle.
To hard reset the 4-door Controller:
Disconnect power from the ACU.
Hold down the ADMIN

button for 15 seconds.
While still holding down the ADMIN button, reconnect the power, and continue to hold the button for another 15 seconds.

You should see two POWER LEDs light up in the top left corner.
Wait 15 minutes before provisioning the ACU.
