Avigilon Alta Channel Partners can access a special view in the Control Center Avigilon Alta Access called the Partner Center. This view lets you set up and manage customer accounts (also known as child orgs) and billing.

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control CenterAlta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.  

  2. Go to Partner Center > Manage Organizations.

  3. Click Add Org (+).

  4. Fill out Organization Information.

    1. Enter the Organization Name.

    2. Enter the Super Admin’s info.

      1. If the user belongs to another Avigilon Alta organization, you can select Add a user from an existing namespace. To learn more about namespaces, see What is a namespace?

  5. Under Hierarchy, your org is automatically assigned as the Parent Org.

  6. Under Billing:

    1. The billing mode is automatically selected.

    2. Enter an Accounts Payable email for the person who should receive the monthly invoice.

    3. (Optional) Enter a Reference Number to include any additional information on the invoice.

    4. If required, enter the Physical Address of the customer's physical address.

  7. Click Save.
