Click on “Important update - Action Required” to access crucial information about the update and choose a suitable time for the update to occur.

Warning: During the update process, associated entries will be unavailable for use. The approximate length of the updates areis as follows: Smart Readers - 5 minutes per reader Expansion Boards - 5 minutes per board ACUs - 10 minutes The update process on average is between 30 minutes to 3.5 hours to fully complete depending on the number of readers connected to an ACU and network speeds. Because of this, we DO NOT recommend updating all ACUs at the same time.simultaneously. |
