Check that your reader is compatible:
Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Control Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login
To check if your regular/original Openpath Readers are compatible, go to Dashboards, on the top right-hand side of the page choose the Activity Dropdown and choose Device. Click on an ACU below to expand it, then check that the HW version is 22 and the SW version is 2.5.5 or higher. If they are not please reach out to Openpath Avigilon Alta Support and ask them to update the firmware.
