  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Partner Center, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login

  2. To check if your regular/original Openpath readers Readers are compatible, go to Dashboards > Device Dashboard, click , on the top right-hand side of the page choose the Activity Dropdown and choose Device. Click on an ACU below to expand it, then check that the HW Ver is 22 version is 22 and the SW version is 2.5.5 or higher. If they are not please reach out to Openpath Support and ask them to update the firmware.
