The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. We recommend starting with Integrating Avigilon Alta with Workday® Human Capital Management before proceeding any further.

Follow these steps to set up custom reports in Workday® Human Capital Management.

Go here to learn how to Sync Users with Workday.

  1. Access the Create Custom Report task.

A. Under the Report Details - Select ‘Report Type’ as ‘Advanced’ and Check the check box ‘Enable As Web Service’.

B. Under the Data Source – Uncheck the check box ‘Optimized for Performance’ and enter the Data Source - All Active and Terminated Workers.

2. Add the list of fields to the custom report.

Note: If you want to control suspending / un-suspending users via IdP sync you would need to have the Active_Status field as a column with a value of true or false.

3. Add the Report filters.

4. Share it with the ISU (Integration System User) and required groups and Users.

5. Transfer report ownership to the ISU.

6. Calculated field configuration.
