The current Openpath Jira and Confluence instances will be migrated to the MSI On-Premise solution from August 9th-11th, the current platform will be set to read-only and all future usage will be in the Avigilon Instance. Please ensure access to MSI Jira & MSI Confluence, both are accessible through OKTA. For additional information and details please refer to the Atlassian migration page
Supported features and limitations for Allegion Schlage wireless locks
Allegion Schlage wireless locks support a different feature set than Avigilon readers. For information on how to set up this integration, refer to How do I connect Allegion Locks and Gateways to Avigilon Alta?
For troubleshooting see Allegion Wireless Lock Troubleshooting Guide.
What entry states are supported?
NDEB and LEB wireless locks only support Convenience, No Entry, and Unlocked entry states. When creating Entry schedules for NDEB and LEB wireless locks, only Convenience, and Unlocked entry states are supported. They also only support schedules with weekly recurring events. Schedules with one-time events are not supported.
Note: Allegion Schlage locks do not support custom entry states.
Note: We recommend no more than 5 locks per Gateway device unless a site survey has been done to ensure connectivity.
