To anonymize an Avigilon Alta user:

  1. Go to https://control.openpath.com/login and log in. To access the European Alta Access, please go to https://control.eu.openpath.com/login.

  2. Go to Users > Users and click on the user to edit their details.

  3. Change the email address to a fake email. We recommend using Avigilon Alta’s designated domain for anonymous emails, for example, user@noemail.openpath.com.
