🤔 Problem

When I try to use the app, it says “I don’t have access to any entries, what should I do?

🌱 Solution

This generally happens when the admin at your company who created your User did not grant you access permissions.

To get this resolved:

 1. Contact the admin at the organization where you are using Avigilon Alta.

 2. Ask them to check and fix your access permissions.

Avigilon Alta Support cannot make any user/access changes. Only the admins at the Org you are trying to use Avigilon Alta at can.
